As an Amazon Marketplace E-commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Marketplace store. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximize sales, and enhance customer experience. We list our own products and do not do product sourcing. The hours requested will be to mirror EST for training purposes and time sensitive matters. We will consider all applicants but only those with proven experience will be considered for the position.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create, manage, and update product listings on Amazon Marketplace
-Monitor and optimize product search rankings and sales performance
-Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
-Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate shipping and fulfillment
-Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our store stays competitive and relevant
-Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-2+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central
-Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-Experience working with Amazon Marketplace, including creating and managing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and optimizing listings for search rankings
-Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
