JOB OVERVIEW

Inbound Found (Upgrade to see actual info) is looking for a 100% remote virtual marketing assistant for a digital marketing and web design agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing as well as experience in writing, editing website and blog content, and/or SEO tasks such as keyword research and on-page optimization relying on Google Search Console or third party tools like SEMRush.

J O B . R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Provide Marketing Support
> Conduct web research or assist with spreadsheet related tasks for client work when needed, such as tagging articles with appropriate labels based on provided rules from a code book we make (we'll train you in anything specific like this)
> Conduct keyword research and create content outlines for client projects (we will train you in our approach)
> Meet with the key teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to check that marketing related or impacted client work is on time, identify issues, and consolidate project and team updates and statuses for my review

J O B . R E Q U I R E M E N T S
- Excellent written, speaking and listening comprehension in English
- Experience working with Westerners and using English for communication in a work environment
- Polite, friendly, and professional communication skills to interface with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and occasionally, clients
- Ability to handle tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver quality work under minimum supervision
- A can do attitude with an "I got this" spirit
- A strong and reliable Internet connection and computer
- Experience with modern technology tools:
- spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets)
- online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
- communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace/Gmail)

- understanding of ChatGPT and sense of how to use it
