Job Title: E-Commerce Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue across various platforms like Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, and Houzz. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding revenue targets through effective account management and strong relationships with key retailers. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving growth in the e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue across various e-commerce platforms such as Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, and Houzz.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers to drive growth and profitability.
Analyze data and industry trends to identify opportunities and develop action plans to optimize sales and margins.
Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory levels to ensure optimal product performance and profitability.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to drive growth initiatives and meet business objectives.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to senior leadership.
Own the end-to-end account management process, including contract negotiations, onboarding new retailers, and resolving any customer service issues.
Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues or roadblocks to success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of e-commerce account management experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple platforms.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful and self-motivated, with a passion for taking ownership of projects and driving results.
Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to follow through on commitments and ensure timely resolution of issues.
