Systems Administrator / Microsoft 365 Specialist

I run an IT Consulting firm and need a skilled Systems Administrator / Microsoft 365 Specialist to help field calls and tickets.
At the Upgrade to see actual infont I am the main point of contact and specialised technical resolution and have an outsourced Helpdesk to deal with Level 1 issues but I have found them to be lacking in skills and the level of service I want to offer my customers.


Emails take hours to reply to and tickets take a long time to resolve compared to my speedy resolution. I want to offer a consistently good service ready to effectively scale the business and delight my customers.

This is where you come in.

The right candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Systems Administrator / Desktop support role, ideally concentrating on Microsoft technologies.
Most of my customers are on Microsoft 365 so a high level of skill in Sharepoint administration, Intune, Exchange, Admin Center and all the other aspects of Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent organisation abilities
An IQ of over 125


After probation is over I will ensure training is provided as you will need to attain several MCP certifications.
Further down the line you may help create Azure Marketplace products for our company and shape company IT policy.

Hours are 40 hours per week, 5 days a Upgrade to see actual infoitially there will be a four week trial period, where you will be paid weekly. Upon successful completion you will move to monthly pay.

Start time will be 6am or 7am (dependent on Daylight savings time in Sydney - so roughly October - April = 6am, rest = 7am).
