Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Instagram Appointment Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for finding leads, initiating contact, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary focus will be on Instagram as a platform for outreach.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential leads by researching Instagram profiles and analyzing target audience alignment with our products/services.
- Craft personalized messages to engage with leads and spark their interest in our offerings.
- Manage and maintain communication with leads, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads, ensuring optimal alignment with the team's availability.
- Track and report on the status of leads, appointment outcomes, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal english fluency and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Instagram as a platform, including best practices for engaging users.
