Marketing Manager | High Responsibility | Full Time | Work Daytime Philippines Time | Long Term Position

I am the owner of an e-commerce electronics company. We design, develop & sell consumer electronics worldwide, targeting mostly Apple customers. (Will share the brand name after the initial application for candidates we are interested in)

We are a premium brand and are growing very quickly.

Currently, we are building a top team with some of the best people in their fields and are looking for a marketing manager to join us in our mission to create some of the best consumer products in the world.

We are a small team that packs a punch. By building good structures and processes, we reduce the daily legwork and run a very lean business.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven marketing manager to join our dynamic team. The right person will play a key role in coming up with and putting into action new marketing strategies that will increase revenue & profits, as well as position us as a high-quality premium brand.

Our products are technical products, so a good general understanding of electronic products would be useful.

We are looking for someone who is hard-working, intelligent, and willing to learn new things. You don't need an in-depth background in marketing (though having experience would be a big plus). I am leading the marketing efforts myself and will guide you in the right direction. However, you will take charge and responsibility for projects on your own. You are expected to execute projects by yourself without micro-management.

We already have a lot of ongoing marketing activities, and you'll slowly start to take responsibility for more of them over time.

This is a long-term position. We prefer to keep whoever we hire on board for years to come with the option to take on more responsibility over time and also earn more in the future!

For this position the work hours are flexible and you will be able to work daytime hours in the Philippines (no night shift, yay!)

This is also a full-time role, and you should be available to work 40 hours per week and have no other commitments or side jobs.


This position will have the following responsibilities (you don't need experience in all of the areas, but please mention in your application if you have experience in either of them and describe your experience):

Copywriting
Excellent writing skills, including grammar, syntax, and tone, are essential for creating clear and concise copy that is easy to understand. (And yes we would love you to use ChatGPT for this as well)

General Understanding of Sales
We do not need someone with extensive skills in sales but we need someone who understands how customers make buying decisions and what aspects are crucial to convincing customers to buy. We do not need you to know everything but we need you to be able to learn quickly and connect different ideas together to form a strategy.

Social Media
Understand the power of social media and leverage these platforms to increase brand awareness, communicate with customers, and increase sales.


Facebook Ads (no prior experience is required, you will be taught how we do ours)

Influencer Marketing
Manage the Influencer Marketing process incl. contacting, maintaining relationships, and evaluating performance.

Oversee CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Process
The person overseeing the CRO process must have a strong understanding of website design, user experience, and data analysis, as well as the ability to think creatively and test new ---------- and Guideline Adherence
Our brand is synonymous with premium quality and luxury. We seek a marketing manager who can develop and execute creative ideas to reinforce this reputation and help our brand stay true to its identity, by working with our design team and stick to a certain style of communication across channels

Oversee Ads Agency (GAds)
We are working with different ads agency (now and in the future) and we need someone who can oversee and direct these agencies to perform according to our requirements.

E-Mail Marketing
Manage and maintain e-commerce email flows & campaigns. Create new ones, improve existing ones based on data & monitor performance
