Magento 2.x Developer

We are a well-established supplements e-commerce store, providing a diverse range of high-quality nutritional products to customers around the globe. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier lives through easy access to our carefully curated supplement range.

We are currently seeking an experienced Magento 2.x Developer to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Magento 2.x with a strong background in multistore setups, payment gateway integrations, plugin development, theme modifications, along with Google Analytics tracking and integration.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize our Magento 2.x e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality across our multistore setup.
- Integrate and configure payment gateways to facilitate secure and efficient transactions.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot Magento plugins to enhance website features and improve user experience.
- Create or customize and modify Magento themes to align with our brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Implement and maintain GA4 Google Analytics tracking and integration for data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to deliver a cohesive and high-performing e-commerce platform.
- Participate in an agile, SCRUM-based development process, with a focus on continuous improvement and iterative development.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to the user experience.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Magento 2.x development, with a strong understanding of multistore setups.
- Expertise in payment gateway integration and configuration.
- Experience in creating and editing Magento plugins and modifying Magento themes.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics tracking and integration.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Availability during NZ working hours (2 pm - 5 pm required, additional hours flexible) to ensure effective collaboration with the team (who are based mostly in NZ and the Philippines).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
