Must speak excellent English. You will be on the phone so this is a must.

To be clear this is not cold ---------- is closing real estate contracts by phone. Cold calling experience is not enough to meet the hiring criteria.

Are you a passionate, experienced real estate whiz? If so, we're on the hunt for a talented Land Acquisition Specialist like YOU to join our thriving team! This remote, part-time position offers you the perfect opportunity to unleash your sales and negotiation prowess—all from the comfort of your own home.

To kick things off, you'll be working 20 hours per week at $8 per hour for onboarding. Prove your potential in 2-4 weeks, and you could see that jump to 30-40 hours per week! And that's not all:
• Seal the deal on 3 closed purchase agreements, and you'll earn $10 per hour.
• Close 10 purchase agreements and your hourly rate will rise to $12!

The better you perform, the more you'll earn—simple as that! Instead of commissions, we reward our stars with competitive pay based on results. Show us your sales skills, and we'll show you the money.

But be warned: we're all about high performance. If sales aren't your strong suit, this might not be the role for you.

And speaking of training, we offer paid training and weekly pay to keep your motivation levels sky-high!

The hours will be Central Time Zone U.S. Full time will most likely be 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. but may change by 1 hour.

Must have 2 years of sales experience minimum.
