Social Media Manger/ Client Acquisition

Apex Innovations Media is a real estate media company located in Orlando, Florida, and were looking for a social media manager to take over our client acquisition

Starting pay will be $5/ hour with a $25 bonus when leads become paying clients
Starting hours will be 20/week

Our primary means of sourcing fresh clients is via Instagram. We're looking for someone to head our efforts by engaging with and reaching out to more real estate agents. The day-to-day tasks will in part consist of:

- Searching Instagram to find potential local clients
- Engaging with agents to bring awareness to those agents
- Messaging and responding to offers regarding our provided services
- Utilizing project management software to organize inputs and results

A large portion of the client outreach process will be generated by our auto message-generating tool. However, there will be certain aspects of the engagement that require both constructing and responding to unique messages regarding specific situations. As such, we’re looking for someone with the following:

- Sufficient English to read, understand, and craft appropriate responses to agents
- The ability to answer questions as agents respond to our outreach efforts

As time goes on, we hope to even further automate other aspects of our business. As such, there will be plenty of potential for growth and promotions in the company as more opportunities arise.
