We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant / Operations Support Specialist to remotely join our small, but growing ecommerce business in Georgia, USA. Job hours are flexible times during the day, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, sharp, highly organized, be able to prioritize tasks, and work autonomously with sometimes minimal
You will need:
• Great attention to detail. Quickly knowing the details that matter. Having good habits of double checking work. Quick to catch and prevent mistakes.
• Ability to learn product details. We have a large catalog of golf cart parts & accessories. You will need to possess an in-depth knowledge of these products to ensure accuracy throughout all your work.
• Organization. There is a lot of moving pieces and many which require follow-up. All your work will need to be highly organized to not allow things to fall through the cracks.
• Speed. Many tasks are time sensitive. You will need the ability to work quickly, and diligently, while making sure no errors are made
• Resourcefulness. Having the ability to creatively solve problems leveraging the resources around you.
• Shared values. To be a good fit, you’ll want to share in our company values of pursuing excellence, serving others, doing what’s right-always, being reliable, working diligently
Experience:
- Acumatica experience is a plus
- MS Excel experience is a plus
- Retail experience is a plus
