Everything Personal Assistant

I am looking for a full-time assistant, to join as our “Everything Personal Assistant”

The main aim is to have structured conversations in Instagram DMs to effectively get leads to book calls with Nick. To fit the role, you must have EXCELLENT English written skills.

As an Online Fitness Coaching business we are passionate about helping time-poor guys and girls improve their body confidence.

4. able to show compassion for others in writing (DMs)

Main Responsibilities:
DMs on Instagram: create conversations and efficiently book in sales calls with leads
Instagram page - developing more organic followers of our client avatar (our ideal client)
Produce and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook pages
Management of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Trello, Trainerize and Notion (experience of Google required only)
Client management administration tasks

You & your availability:
Able to learn fast and be flexible with tasks
You are good communicator, honest &, trustworthy
You are hungry for growth
You can work United Kingdom GMT core (8/day) hours
You don’t have any other work/employment

Skills you NEED to have:
Written English is good and you can hold conversations in DMs
Some experience using Instagram and Google suite
Sales driven by being tenacious in the DMs
