Recruiters / Headhunters

Benetnasch is a growing outsourcing company looking for experienced recruiters/head hunters to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for our clients' job openings.


Responsibilities:
-Identify potential clients using various recruitment channels and job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other networking channels.
-Screen candidates' resumes and conduct initial phone screens to determine their qualifications and fit for the job
-Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications
-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
-Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
-Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
-Negotiate and extend offers to clients and candidates.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and database.


Requirements:
-Proven experience as a recruiter or head hunter
-Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
