ABOUT THE ROLE
Role: Remote Services Training & Support: Cold Calling
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Hours: Full-Time, 9am to 5pm PST
Pay: Starting at $6.65/hr USD
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside our Remote Services Managers in creating processes and training our team of virtual assistants to ensure success for our clients
- Assist in management of employees and build out training sessions and modules for 1st day onboarding, and training in the following departments: Cold Calling & Skip-Tracing
- Assisting our Virtual Assistant Operations department with the following:
- Onboarding new VAs, Conducting and scheduling
all trainings with VAs
- Creating process documents for VAs day-to-day
tasks
- Performing re-training and coaching sessions if
necessary
- Administrative Tasks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year Cold Calling expertise and 1 year experience
with training a Cold Calling team
- Skip-tracing and general administrative experience

- Comfortable on video/web meetings with VAs and Clients
- Great time management and prioritization skills
- Able to use software and technology comfortably

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable internet connection
- Back up power and internet
- Good webcam and good headset
- Presentable background for video calls with clients
BONUS POINTS
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry or startup experience
- Knowledge and experience with CRMs, Airtable, Notion, or G-Suite
