The Account Manager role is the foundation of our sales team and provides a pathway to a sales position, if desired. The Account Manager will work in partnership to support the Account Executive in all phases of tour planning. The Account Manager will strive to provide the best tour product possible while managing file workflow, vendors, and client details. Our team of Account Managers work diligently to meet timelines, special requests and other requirements involved in the planning of all tours.

Qualifications
• 2 + years professional work experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to a cohesive team.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• A professional telephone manner.
• 4-year College degree preferred.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe PDF Editor a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Account Executive to understand the needs of each client.
• Fanatical attention to detail to maintain clear and comprehensive tour files.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Efficient and timely development of specific tour plans for each group.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Promptly responds and executes all action items required for successful completion of tasks.
