We're seeking a ROCKSTAR tea ---------- mber to join our company as a remote, part-time Credit Repair Operations Coordinator based in the ---------- this role, you will organize and prioritize tasks needed to be completed for each client as they move through their credit repair with us. Ensuring smooth operations and efficient client success management during the credit repair process. Responsibilities:

- Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks for each client during the credit repair process
- Work closely with the customer success manager and other tea ---------- mbers to ensure a seamless workflow
- Maintain up-to-date records of client status and progress within our CRM system
- Regularly communicate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure everyone is aware of priorities and task deadlines
- Assist with client inquiries and provide support where necessary
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the credit repair or financial services industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using G Suite, Slack, and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
