Cold caller & appointment setter

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Cold calling potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Understanding basic bookkeeping and accounting terms to effectively communicate with clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Achieving weekly and monthly targets and goals
• Reporting progress and updates to the sales team
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in cold calling and appointment setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting terms
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
