Operations Manager

TCG Properties is hiring an acquisition and operations manager to help the company acquire more land parcels throughout Texas, Nevada, Florida and California in the U.S.

As the operations and acquisition manager, you will be responsible for helping our outbound marketing efforts to identify and target new areas where we should begin buying land in. You will then work through the entire acquisition process from marketing efforts to helping facilitate closing with the title companies.

About the Role Responsibilities:

Identify areas around the US to buy land in.
Pull data on identified areas (DataTree)
Clean and format data for mailing, skiptracing, etc. (G-Suite)
Upload data for skiptracing ( ---------- )
Upload data to CRM (FreshSales)
Upload data to SMS-text platform (LaunchControl)

About You:
100% written and oral english fluency
Very organized
1-2 years of experience in real estate
Goal oriented – able to execute projects by deadlines

Bonus points if you are familiar with any of the following software platforms: G-Suite, DataTree, ---------- , FreshSales, LaunchControl, Zillow
