Your responsibilities:

— Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish
— Manage our CRMs, Zoho Recruit
— Manage or project management software, Zoho Projects
— Assess candidates’ suitability for positions per the job requirements
— Create onboarding and hiring materials for both clients and candidates
— Respond to client and candidate emails
— Conduct client and candidate interviews and meetings
— Meet tight deadlines

— Leadership skills
— Proactivity, creativity, and critical thinking
— Proficiency in written and spoken English communication skills
— Keen eye for talent acquisition
— Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
— Ability to use Canva
— Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
