Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled customer-oriented Bike Mechanic Customer Service assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality customer service while responding to customers though our CRM software, including phone calls, e-mails and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose issues with bicycles and recommend solutions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and resolving customer complaints.
• Collaborate with tea
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular updates to customers.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in using bike repair tools and equipment.
• Experience working with electric bikes is ideal.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a bike shop setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full time availability 9am – 5pm AEST
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cycling and bikes.
