Rapidly growing Optical Company in Manilla seeking an International Sales Rep Liaison experienced in Optical Prescription Lenses & Frames. Must be passionate about customer service, developing relationships, and the ability to use sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities include:
• To achieve sales targets as set by the company by canvassing new customers in undeveloped territories globally.
• the ability to create necessary scripts to build relationships and start business relationships with optical accounts
• Promote, sell, and relay the value-added benefits of the product to customers as well as inform customers of revenue their missing not being in the GAME of Sports protective eyewear!
• Manage and ensure that all sales are within the profit limit within the company’s set parameters/prices.
• Effective resolution of customer inquiries regarding orders to ensure timely shipments.
• Generate and update customer profiles, including important account information such as buyer name, mobile number, # of locations, type of business, years in business, owner name and other collections currently carrying.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from appointments made by the sales support team. Ability to search additional data on accounts via internet searches to assist in closing a sale.
• Coordinate schedules and delivery of products and services for all accounts.
• Effective after-sales services; placing orders, handling complaints with tenacity, calling customers regarding claims and retreads, and conducting regular studies and surveys of promotions to increase board management with every account.
• Ensure that the company procedures are adhered to with regard to sales, invoicing, pods, and coding of accounts.
• General Administration includes:
o Processing of orders
o Correspondence between account and director
o Updating AS400/Salesforce
o Preparation of presentations and sales contracts
o Ensure all appointments are calls on said prescribed day along with follow-up action after every call
Required experience:
• 2-5 years of Sales experience
• 1 -3 years of optical experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills including phone, verbal, and written communications
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills/knowledge (including all Microsoft Office and internet particularly Excellent, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to multitask and change directions/be flexible is a must!
• Experience working in a fast-paced call center and/or office environment, preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce, preferred
• Self-Starter, must be able to manage yourself daily
• Customer-focused approach that will ensure attraction and retention of customers
• Time management skills and ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and disciplined – shows initiative
• Well organized
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
