Hey there! Looking for a job that lets you make people happy? We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our Data Recovery family and help us #savetheday. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers, loves problem-solving, and has a knack for staying chill in tough situations.

Please keep in mind that this is not a Work From Home or Virtual Assistant position.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers through the data recovery process
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via telephone, email, and other communication channels
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Keeping customer records up-to-date

Job Requirements:
• Fe-ma-le
• Experience in Customer Service is plus
• Able to communicate effectively in Filipino and English, whether spoken or written
• Has adequate knowledge and understanding of the IT industry/concepts; network and computers
• Has adequate knowledge in any Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Ability to think out of the box and come up with creative solutions to customer problems
• Sense of humor (bonus points!)
