Google Ads Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to join our team and help us drive more leads for our pressure washing company base in Sydney, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful Google Ads campaigns and be able to drive performance-based results.
Responsibilities:
1/ Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research and develop targeting strategies
2/ Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive down cost per lead and increase the number of leads
3/Implement and manage call tracking and form tracking to measure campaign performance
4/Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
5/Manage negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spend
6/Analyze campaign data to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for future optimizations
7/ Provide performance reports, and google analytics reporting
Requirements:
1/Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns
2/Strong understanding of data-driven performance marketing
3/Experience with call tracking and form tracking tools
4/Knowledge of landing page creation and optimization best practices
5/Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
6/Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
7/ Experience with google analytics
