We are two Filipino Entrepreneurs looking for additional creative video editors for our YouTube Media Marketing Company (Real Estate Niche). We work with over 10 Real Estate clients and manage over a dozen channels all over the United States. The culture that we've built within our team is like a family. We are all Filipino and can understand Tagalog and Bisaya but prefer English.

Currently, we have an expert media department that has been with us long term. We're starting to gain ---------- ntum as a company and get new clients at a fast rate, so right now, we're hiring both contractors (Per Job Basis) and Potential full-time editors to add to our amazing media team.

In one year's time, we managed to get 600k+ Video views, and 4,000 subscribers with hundreds of videos on our personal channel and now we are producing results for our other real estate clients.

On your application, please state what makes you stand out from everybody else. We've scanned through hundreds of applicants and those that we've hired so far didn't just copy and paste their applications. Stand out from the crowd by providing something unique about yourself :)

You will be required to edit anywhere from 2 - 4 videos every week, including thumbnails (Potentially more if you can handle it). Our Head of media will provide you with video templates to make things easier. You will need to cut both audio and video while adding b-roll content.

You must be proficient in Video Editing & Photoshop.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LONG TERM (AT LEAST 1-5 YEARS ), So if you are looking for stability and a place where you can work and truly build a career, then this is the place for you. On top of editing videos/photos, we are very into self-development, so you will be required to read one book a month. We give a PDF of this book so you can read it along with the rest of the team.

Also, you will be required to attend 1-2 meetings a week via Skype where you will also meet the rest of the team (who are also located in the Philippines)

We need you to have experience editing videos for this position and WOULD LIKE TO SEE PROOF OF VIDEOS THAT YOU'VE ALREADY MADE. We have MASSIVE goals for our company and have been doing YouTube for many years, so if you have YouTube experience then please state that in the description. If you have experience doing YOUTUBE VIDEO EDITING, we will prioritize your application over every else's.

We're looking for somebody who is teachable and can work very fast, so if you are a quick learner and can perform the tasks that we ask, you will be compensated very well. What are you waiting for?
