About the Role:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling,
outreach, to generate leads and identify potential customers
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set appointments for the sales team
Follow up with leads and prospects via phone and
Manage and maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and recommend new strategies and
tactics as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish
long-term relationships with customers
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, etc.
Knowledge of sales automation tools, such as Outreach or Salesloft, or any other tools is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Other ad hoc tasks as required by the management.
