JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Design and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and processes to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and ---------- velop and manage customer databases and segmentation strategies to target and personalize communications and promotions.
Create and oversee campaigns that leverage customer data to drive sales and revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Track and report on key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and churn rate.
Continuously evaluate and improve CRM tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
