Responsibilities:
Design and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and processes to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and

Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Track and report on key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and churn rate.
Continuously evaluate and improve CRM tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
