eCommerce advertisement video editor

I run multiple eCommerce stores, I am looking for a full-time video editor who can work quickly to create engaging Facebook advertisements from raw footage my production team provides.

The #1 quality I am searching for is someone who can work FAST. I will give you the instructions and I need someone to put the videos together quickly.

Note:
My biggest problem with most video editors is they work extremely slowly and spend too much time planning. I am looking for someone who can work extremely quickly to snip up my videos into different hooks and opening scenes for my to test on Facebook.

I personally spend 30-60 minutes editing a short 7-15 second video, and I can generate 3-5 versions with different hooks.

Less than 20% of tests will be successful, and no one knows what a successful advertisement looks like, so it is all about VOLUME and speed.

I am willing to pay generously and look at monthly bonuses/salary reviews if you can follow instructions successfully to produce large amounts of high-quality work quickly.
