Researcher Associate

Job Summary:

The research associate will be responsible for supporting the research activities of our real estate development team. They will be involved in various aspects of the research project, including strategy, data collection, data analysis, and reports of findings.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leadership to create processes and implement research projects.
Conduct web searches and record observations accurately.
Collect and consolidate data using appropriate statistical methods.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations of research findings.
Maintain accurate records of research activities, including call and database notes.
Participate in strategy meetings, research seminars, and educational conferences.
Ensure compliance documents are registered per the entity's guidelines.
Assist with the preparation of RFP proposals, manuscripts, and other research-related documents.
Qualifications:


Proficiency in data research, and analysis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in data research is required.
