JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills, advanced Excel skills, and strong financial acumen. Experience in accounting is a plus. The ideal candidate should also have strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote presentation software and expertise in LinkedIn marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare reports and analyze financial data using Excel and QuickBooks
• Create visually appealing and compelling presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote
• Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to improve the company's social media presence
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong financial acumen and advanced Excel skills
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Keynote presentation software
• Experience in LinkedIn marketing and social media management
• Experience in QuickBooks and accounting processes is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work from 9:00am – 5:00pm PST
