Website and funnel builder

I have a new platform called ---------- I need someone to learn about this platform, create my website inside the platform and move my domain name to there. I will then need funnels to be built which allows buyers to purchase a product and then upsell to my membership site. I will need the worker to build my email list.
They will need to speak good English, have an understanding of marketing, email automation and advertisement on social media platforms.
