We are looking for an Editing Manager passionate about social media and creating content. One who can manage and monitor a team, and who also possesses the following:

-Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
-Can manage a team of editors and ensure the quality and timeliness of all edited materials.
-Someone who can work a US time schedule.

Location: This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

-Manage a team of editors, including setting goals and objectives, providing feedback and support, and conducting performance evaluations
-Ensure that all edited materials meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time
-Develop and implement processes for efficient and effective team workflows
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise
-Work closely with other team leads to ensure smooth and seamless collaboration across teams

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an editing or publishing environment
-Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
-Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve errors
-Proficiency with editing software and tools
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
-Have experience in using editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Filmora.
-Have experience in using tools such as Dropbox, Google Tables & Sheets, Slack, and FB Creator Studio
-Must be dependable and reliable.



Requirements:

-Must be able to work a US schedule.
-Must have your own workstation.
-Strongly recommend a reliable/fast internet connection.
-Must have own reliable computer/equipment for editing.
