Our company is based in United States. We are the largest virtual accounting firm for small businesses within the US and We love to work with Filipino talents as we make our expansion.

Your role as a Recruiter is relatively a Talent Sourcing Role who specializes more on the following:

? Serve as a liaison between the appropriate Company manager and any
candidates throughout the full recruiting process
? Maintaining the applicant tracking system
? Post job openings (requisitions) both internally and externally as
appropriate.
? Coordinate interviews
? Preparation of job offers, including contracts when appropriate
? Assist in onboarding for payroll purposes

Job Requirements:

-3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.
-Experience building recruiting functions and hiring/building high-performing teams
-Fluent English speaking ability and experience working with native English speaking clients or managers
-Experience in fast moving work environment
-Organization skills and able to meet deadlines

What days/hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Full-time job

How will I be paid?

• Paid weekly via Wise
• $1,250 USD Per Month!
