JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a virtual assistant to assist with the running of our cleaning business. Applicant must be able to speak fluent English and have excellent computer skills.

Tasks include;
- Confirming bookings with customers both online and by phone.
- Phoning customers to inform them of any changes to their bookings.
- Communicating with cleaners both online and by phone to arrange cleaning cover for bookings.
- Sending manager daily updates on bookings confirmed and work being carried out
- Send manager weekly report for confirming cleaners pay
- Charging customers through online platform once cleaning has been confirmed
- Communicating with customers both online and by phone to resolve any issues with their booking
- Managing of Social Medias, finding suitable posts and communicating to create engagement on multiple platforms

Tasks to include once more experienced.
- Interviewing new cleaners by phone and hiring correct candidates
- Managing of advertising, Google ads, Facebook ads etc
