Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the digital projects to ensure they are delivered to client satisfaction on schedule, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The project manager plans and designates project resources, monitors progress and keeps stakeholders informed of the project status and performance from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and staff gaining acceptance of proposals and changes
Ensure effective handover of the project from client to staff
Take responsibility for preparing the Project Plan
Identify and allocate roles and responsibilities within the project team
Identify and manage resource requirements in the project team
Guide, support, and advise customers on the benefits and implications of proposed solutions
Agree, internally and externally, on budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and monitor and control performance
Monitor and control the critical path ensuring quality processes are followed
Ensure effective communication within the project team, with Sales and Marketing, and with the client

Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager.
Project management skills (PMP, Scrum, Agile) Certifications is a MUST
Self-motivated
Ability to work on projects from different industries.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
Understanding of project processes
Ability to ensure quality and maintain a customer focus
Ability to manage, lead and motivate a project team
