TrustTeck seeks a social media assistant who is not only dependable but a team player who will provide support to the CEO. This company is searching for an extremely polished and driven virtual assistant who can create Facebook Ads, and manage the Facebook Audience Variables. The position has lots of variety! Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with a lot of people in a professional way. The candidate is responsible for/but not limited to the following:
Answering text messages, IM’s and phones from clients, team members and vendors
Prepare and produce weekly marketing materials and reviewing social media reports
Sort, prepare, and deliver incoming/outgoing e-mails and support tickets
Create events in google calendar based off of emails received, update the events and make sure they are sync'd up
Social media marketing tasks, case studies and reports
Client/consultant coordination and implementation
Setting up phone calls, and meetings
Perform special projects as required
Provide coverage to all managers when necessary. Must be proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), organized, detail oriented, and learn company software. Knowledge of social media a plus, but not required.
