Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. You will be doing administrative work like following influencers on Instagram and TikTok that meet our criteria and cleaning data. This role is based in Philippines and fully remote/WFH.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads and influencers
Follow influencers that meet our criteria on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on KPIs such as number of influencers followed
Ad-hoc work (not often) like collating and successful customer reviews and publishing to social media and website.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking and able to follow instructions
