Job Description:
We are looking for a partner Customer Support Agency with experienced Spanish & English-speaking agents to provide support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
> Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues on time
> Providing excellent customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients
> Updating customer records and managing customer accounts
> Maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication skills
> Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
> Must be based in the Philippines
> Must have call center or outsourcing agency experience
> Must have Spanish & English-speaking agents with excellent communication skills
> Must have the capability to handle a high volume of inquiries
> Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks
> Tech-savvy and computer literate
> Information sponge
> Must be able to adhere to company policies and procedures
