We are a Self Storage Investing team that buys ordinary garages in an effort to make extraordinary lives. We focus on providing storage owners with creative ways to sell their facilities, and we in turn purchase and optimize the facility. We are the BEST at what we do!

What We're looking for:

We are actively seeking a dedicated and responsible Inside Sales Lead Generation Rockstar (ISLG Rockstar) to join our Self Storage Investment Team. This individual will be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining an Excel google doc of all our leads consisting of Self Storage facilities in certain areas. This ISLG Rockstar will search google maps for Self Storage facilities meeting a certain criteria, and record certain data points about those facilities in ---------- will be required of this ISLG Rockstar to cross reference information provided by Google with County property records, and other sites containing the relevant and needed information.

Growth Opportunities:

Strong opportunity for growth for ISLG Rockstars who wants to pursue outside sales or manage a team of ISLG Rockstars.
You'll be graded on list accuracy, performance, and ability to problem solve.
We will actively promote from within.

The Ideal candidate has:

- Excellent Excel Skills - able to create and manipulate lists
- Research ability - able to do what is needed to obtain the information required
- Problem Solving ability - the cardinal sin at our company is asking a question that you could have solved for yourself. That doesn't mean we aren't here to support you, but we need people who are willing to "figure it out".
