Before applying, please carefully consider whether you will absolutely thrive in this exciting and challenging role.The Sr. HR Manager for Recruitment for the Philippines will have responsibility for the Recruitment function of Conduit Global, a leading business process outsourcer (BPO) operating in two call centers, as well as for other corporate global support departments. The role reports into the Director, Human Resources UK and Philippines, and will have responsibility for approximately 3-5 full-time or seconded Recruiters. A successful candidate for the role will demonstrate an ability to successfully manage high-volume call center recruitment, first and foremost, as well as deft management of manager-level recruitment in as cost- efficient manner as possible.

Responsibilities:

Effectively lead and manage (remotely at times) the Recruitment team, inclusive of developing Recruiter talent, coaching and providing feedback on performance, developing and managing the budget, and providing day-to- day direction to team members.
Ensure the talent acquisition targets for the business are met in the most cost efficient manner as possible. This involves meeting aggressive call center ramp periods, as well as hiring for strategic managerial roles in the business. You will develop and execute a comprehensive candidate sourcing strategy for all levels of the business to ensure that the right people are in place at the right time. This also entails proactively identifying talent gaps and being especially resourceful regarding hiring roles through no cost / low cost methods, such as professional networking, employee referrals, and social media sources.
Personally recruit for senior manager roles, inclusive of extending offers and closing candidates.
Provide advice and counsel to business leaders and managers regarding both strategic and tactical aspects of interviewing and selection. This may include the development and delivery of interview training, selection methodology, legal compliance related to selection, etc.
Review current hiring practices/procedures (e.g., assessment, onboarding, etc.) and implement new processes and best practices where appropriate. Regardless of whether a candidate is selected by the Company, all candidates should yearn to work for the Company after being interviewed, as the process should highlight the Company’s employment proposition.
Closely monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including Time-to-fill, Cost-per-hire, Percentage of roles open/filled, Quality of hire (derived from post-hire data), etc., giving transparency to the Recruitment function’s effectiveness.
Produce other ad hoc reports on an as-needed or as-requested basis.
Develop and maintain positive and partnering relationships with outside recruitment sources, needed in times when internal recruitment pools are depleted or during large-scale, call center ramps.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to generate enough candidates to support the hiring requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related field. Masteral units are an advantage.
Demonstrated success and experience (i.e., 5+ years) working for a BPO is highly preferred, but at a minimum, should have experience working in or recruiting for a large (i.e., 500+ people, preferably) call center employee population.
3+ years’ experience preferred in managing a team of recruiting employees, either in-house or for an agency.
Must thrive on the pressure of meeting tight and aggressive deadlines, knowing your effectiveness is essential to the Company’s success. An interest, willingness, and ability to manage both high-level strategic decision-making processes, as well as lower- level administrative details. A successful candidate will need to be comfortable with relatively lower levels of task, at the same time as managing intricate executive compensation or vendor contract matters. We are a true “roll up your sleeves” company, where managers have detailed knowledge of their respective functions.
Ability to build strong working relationships with local, European, and US senior management.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to confidently negotiate manager-level employment offers and deftly closes candidates.A demonstrated bias for action with a laser- focus on delivering results; high levels of activity are required, but results are measured and rewarded.
Extremely high level of detail orientation Strong Recruitment background.
Ability to think creatively and strategically about how to find and keep the best employees.
Possess the ability to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team.Highly literate in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Geographically flexible to travel between sites Makati, Santa Rosa and other future sites.
