JOB OVERVIEW

We are a video production company servicing brands and organisations to create impactful video content.

You will be able to organise exciting projects with leading brands.

We also offer our clients our expertise in animation, photography and other exciting products and services.

About the role

3 days a week (7 hours a day) - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (24hrs a week)

Being a part of the team gives you the flexibility to work from home anywhere with super fast internet + a computer.

You will be the main point of contact for all client and contractor queries.

Some of your day-to-day duties will include:

• Work closely with the Production team to coordinate workflow and schedules for upcoming
video productions

• Location scouting and booking – once a concept is created, you’ll search online for locations
and coordinate the bookings.

• Talent sourcing and hiring - you’ll search online for suitable talent and coordinate hiring
talent.

• Shoot day run sheets – working closely with the production team you’ll create run sheets for
each shoot

• Help with contractor onboarding

• Lead weekly e-meetings (Using Microsoft teams) to go through the team's week ahead.

• Create and manage timelines

• Assign tasks to the production team.

• Monitor projects for on-time delivery

• Communicate the progress of projects with clients

You will be provided with training and development to ensure you succeed in the role.

To be considered for this position you must have:

• Exceptional English to allow for clear communication amongst the team (Note - you will not have to speak with our clients at any stage, only communicate with them via email)
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Experience in scheduling and time management
• Energy, positive attitude and ability to problem solving
• Graphic Design skills aren't necessary but would be a HUGE bonus
• Knowledge of Video Production and/or Post Production is preferable but not essential
• Be a self-starter
