Must be a team-player with experience in marketing and lending service. Must be able to close deals with clients and reach quotas.
Schedule:
-This position will be 10:30 am – 7:00pm EST schedule, (weekdays only)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Overseeing schedule by understanding customers’ needs.
-Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
-You will monitor contracts, budgets, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations.
-Carry out supervisory responsibilities including training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
-Answering calls from clients.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
-Minimum 2-5 years management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with lending business
-Demonstrate positive customer service attitude- both to co-workers (internal customers) and to clients (external customers).
-Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and proven conflict resolution abilities.
-Possess good English verbal communication, ability to build and maintain rapport, legible handwriting, and intermediate math functionality.
-Proven computer and mobile experience. Must be Tech-savvy
-Exhibit a positive and cheerful attitude with tact, diplomacy, and attention to detail.
-Stable work from Home Set Up with Back Up (Internet and Device)
Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
Reporting Relationship:
-Report directly to the CEO.
Working Conditions:
-You will always be on the phone talking to the clients
- You will need to be on zoom during your shift with share screen and on cam
