PHP JavaScript HTML Expert Wanted

Looking for an expert developer who can work 10am-6pm GMT+2 time (Cyprus).

- PHP
- CSS
- JavaScript
- WordPress

Must be able to develop high converting landing pages
Must know how to optimize landing pages for speed and conversion
Must be able to make duplicates of pages and change links / images in pages very fast
Must have experience working with CDNs such as Rackspace
Must have a solid understanding of JavaScript and PHP
Must be able to think big and implement tricks that help our pages convert better
Must have knowledge on how to build a scraper
