Video Editor for Facebook Ads, Shorts, and Youtube Videos

Video Editor job description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Video Editor for our Marketing Team! This person would be responsible for creating eye-catching facebook/Instagram ads, as well as short/long form organic content for both our business and our client's businesses, including but not limited to:

- Facebook (1 minute or less)
- Instagram Ads (1 minute or less)
- Alex Hormozi Style Full-Length Youtube Videos (5-10 Minutes)
- Alex Hormozi Style Reels/Tiktoks/Shorts (1 minute or less)

Video Editor duties and responsibilities:
- Collecting client's information from our team and using said information to formulate an editing plan.
- Able to extract information from the client while sorting through good/bad takes.
- Proofreading and quality control of projects
- Coordinating revisions with our team and the client.

Video Editor requirements and qualifications:
- Fluent American English Speaker with a strong understanding of dialect.
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency in either Final Cut or Sony Vegas
- Proficiency in proper Cuts & transitions
- Understanding of LUTS and Standard Color Correction
- Understanding of Captions (either manual or AI-Generated
- Ability to work confidently and independently
- Ability to take direction and follow company protocol
- Ability to work as a member of our team and coordinate properly with other staff members.

Compensation:
271 PhP ($5 USD) per hour, for long-form content and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
540 PhP ($10 USD) per Reel/Short/TikTok completed (upon quality approval from management)
