Social Media Manager and Content Producer who makes a lasting impact!

Responsibilities:
• Manage all social media channels, including. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Recruit and work with influencers that align with our brand.
• Create and publish high-quality content, including graphics, images, videos, and written content, that is aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Create content calendars.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and direct messages and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns, including paid social media advertising.
• Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
• Assist in gathering UGC (user-generated content)
• Run contests and giveaways to help build our brand, grow our audience, and foster engagement.
• Blog posts

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of creating engaging content across different platforms.
• Have a passion for fun and family-related content.
• Experience with graphic design -- using tools like Canva or Adobe
• Simple video editing skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media best practices and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of best practices for social media advertising and targeting.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Facebook Insights.

SUPERSTAR Qualifications but NOT required:
• If you have Amazon and/or Google PPC experience
• Amazon and/or Website SEO/SEM
