Apple App developer for ringtone app

Hi, we are looking for an app developer for a ringtone app. The app will allow users to connect to Apple Music to choose which ringtones they want. It will also offer wallpapers and Lock Screen photos. I can provide examples. We will talk through PM about how soon it needs to be done.
