JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the manager in his different business projects. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have a great attention to details, be a fast learner and be able to act without

- Ability to quickly accept and adjust to any sudden changes in the task

- Be flexible within working time: 10:00-18:00 UK time ( sometime weekend shift if required)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, Review, and Send Communication correspondant on behalf of the manager
- Respond to calls and
- Manage communication with co- employees on various projects and tasks
- Assist Manager in developing internal processes
- Maintain various records and documents for the company
- Hire and interview New Employees (from creation of Job Description to Interview)
- Manage calander
- Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
- Preparing and draft document : memos, contracts, letters, invoices, statements etc.
- Research (suppliers, service providers etc)
- Management and oversight of business projects
- Assist in Manager in various business areas.
- sounding board & brainstorm ideas
SCHEDULE
Part time: 4 hours a day
The position will gradually transition to full time when business expand
