We are looking for a workforce management/scheduling assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
Our Company
We are a trade services business located in Melbourne, Australia. We conduct safety inspections and repair electrical and plumbing items.
About the job
In a dual role, you will be responsible for:
1) Job scheduling workforce management of our team via scheduling all staff members in their jobs and downloading/creating reports, SMS scheduling
2) Various administrative tasks as required
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Respond to
- Schedule jobs
- Download reports and update spreadsheets
- Address employee's administrative queries
You will have assigned daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Computer literate
- Experience with Google suite
- Experience with Asana/Monday/workflow systems
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent phone,
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
