Real Estate Cold Caller

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners and homebuyers with the goal of setting qualified appointments. Your exceptional communication skills, knowledge of real estate industry practices, and proficiency in using call management software will contribute to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to homeowners and homebuyers on a daily basis, using provided leads or lists.
- Engage in active conversation with prospects, adhering to the provided scripts such as the just listed/just sold script, pre-qualifying script, and buyer follow-up script.
- Set a target number of qualified appointments each week by identifying interested prospects and scheduling appointments with the appropriate tea ---------- mbers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call and prospect interaction in designated software systems like Calltools, Follow Up Boss, mojo, and CTE.
