Overview:

This is a remote position

We’re looking for a creative and organized individual to curate collections and assortments. As Site Merchandiser, you will ensure that topics, categories, and pages for CafePress (US/Canada/UK/Australia) are appropriately curated to showcase new, best-selling, and seasonal themes.


You will report to the Director of Merchandising on the Merchandising team. You’ll work cross-functionally to understand business priorities and curate our pages to support those priorities. You’ll need to be a stellar communicator because you’ll be working closely with leadership to deliver timely results on high visibility assortments and projects.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, maintain and create curations: the organization and rank of SKUs on our sites. You will leverage sales data, trends and use a creative mindset to make decisions on curation to maximize conversion and revenue while delivering an intuitive and visually compelling shopping experience.


- Organize and rank SKUs in curation to optimize relevance for the CafePress customer considering data such as sales, newness, trends, highest converting images, and balance that data against your creative judgement of what visually looks best.

- Maintain and enhance merchandising data such as: category pills, topics, filters, search tags, keywords to maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately and in shoppable ways within CafePress

- Support marketing initiatives ensuring that designs showcased on landing pages, home pages and emails are higher up in curations on prior to email sends & updates

- Maintain curation calendar to track progress and ensure all updates, particularly seasonal changes, are delivered on-time with excellence

- Review new seller content and add good content into curations

- Work with CafePress Merch teams to ensure new product pages are curated prior to launch

- Monitor and analyze the performance of product and category pages, seeking ways to improve the online catalog based on data



Requirements:

- English proficiency
- Written: fully fluent, comparable to native speaker
- Spoken: fully fluent, doesn’t need to sound like a native
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, Content Curation, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office



- Up to date with the latest merchandising trends, culture & politics
- US: fully in tune
- UK: a plus
- AU: a plus


- High level of creativity with a keen eye for what constitutes good design/illustration


- Excellent visual acuity and love of organization


- Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail


- Problem solving skills with ability to review data and formulate a plan of action


- Must be a self-starter, goal-oriented, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment


- Passionate and knowledgeable about customer behavior, always curious about what customer likes and wants



Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

This is a work from home set up


Salary Range: PHP 40,000.00 - PHP 45,000.00 per month
