Outcomes for the role

• Make sure all recurring and one time jobs are staffed even when lots of people quit, call in dead or just don’t show up all in the same day
• Schedule cleaners to conduct inspections as indicated on the Happy Customer Onboarding Document and provide this schedule to Customer Happiness Manager
• Make sure cleaners have all of the supplies & equipment they need to reach their outcomes
• Please make sure you write “Booking Koala” in your application
• Call customers 24 hours after a job has been complete to make sure they are 100% satisfied with their cleaning service and to provide all notes to the Owner

Guidelines for the role

• Have a minimum of one floater / emergency cleaner for every 5 cleaners with a minimum of two at all time
• Monitor hiring funnel to make sure you have sufficient new staff coming in and give feedback to Owner if and when you don't
• Fluent in English language (will need to supply a voice message to confirm)

Expected time investment – 2-4 hours / week

Compensation - $4 / hour
