24/7 Taxi Dispatcher

Key Lime Taxi is currently hiring Dispatchers to work remotely. We are looking for individuals who have at least 1 year of experience in a dispatching capacity, are proficient in English with a speaking and comprehension level of at least 8/10, and have access to a reliable computer and quality internet connection with a backup.
As a Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls, gathering caller information, entering it into the dispatch system, and assigning the job to the most suitable taxi driver. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service, answer caller questions, call back missed calls, and communicate effectively with drivers and other dispatchers to ensure everyone is informed about what is happening during their shift.
To be successful in this position, you must be responsible, timely, and possess good computer skills. You must have outstanding telephone speaking and communication skills and be able to type quickly. The work can be fast-paced and overwhelming at times, while at other times, it can be slower with more time spent on administrative tasks that enhance the overall operations.
